Here is a card I made for a birthday.
For this one I decided to do things a little differently.
So usually, when I want to emboss an image I stamp it, emboss it and then color it.
It works well with watercolor but I am a little frustrated with my alcohol markers because I prefer to have a little more “space” for clean blending, specially when there are small areas.
So this time, I stamped my image with my Spectrum Noir Finesse alcohol proof inkpad and colored it with my Illustrators (HB1/HB2/HB3/DP1/DP2/VB1/VB2/BGR1/BGR2/PP1/AP1/AP2/AP3).
Then, I restamped the image with my inkpad Midas Silver and embossed it with clear powder.
I also used my Harmony Opaque Pale Fig on the circle and the dotty paper is from the “Snowy Christmas" CC paper pad.
Voici une carte faite à l’occasion d’un anniversaire.
Pour celle-ci, j’ai décidé de tenter quelque chose de nouveau.
Habituellement, je tamponne mon image, l’embosse puis je la colorie.
Lorsqu’il s’agit d’utiliser de la peinture aquarelle, c’est super, mais quand je souhaite colorier avec mes marqueurs, c’est un peu plus frustrant. Je souhaitais avoir un plus de place pour bien dégrader les couleurs sans être gênée par l’embossage, surtout dans les petites zones.
J’ai donc tamponné mon image avec mon encre Spectrum Noir Finesse spéciale marqueur et j’ai colorié avec mes Illustrators (HB1/HB2/HB3/DP1/DP2/VB1/VB2/BGR1/BGR2/PP1/AP1/AP2/AP3).
Ensuite, j’a retamponné l’image avec une encre Midas Silver et je l’ai embossée avec de la poudre transparente.
J’ai également utilisé mon encre Harmony Noir Opaque Pale Fig sur le cercle. Le papier à pois vient d’un bloc de papier Crafter’s Companion, appelé Snowy Christmas".
